Job Description:
We are expanding our outside sales/business
development force in Florida. As Business Development Managers you have an opportunity to
positively impact businesses in your community. If you have experience in outside sales,
this business development opportunity may be for you. We provide training to teach you how
to be successful.
In this role you will:
- Make customer
presentations of FLADCO supplier programs.
- Visit with
existing and prospective customers to recommend the best products to
meet their needs.
- Prepare for
each day by deciding your own plan of action to ensure achievement.
- Increase your
knowledge of products and business development skills while participating in our continuous training and ongoing
support system.
- Work with a
team consisting of inside sales and supplier representatives.
Job Requirements:
- An
entrepreneurial spirit -- perhaps you have owned your own business
or are looking for one to start.
- College
degree is a plus.
- Strong
professional communication skills.
- Experience in
outside sales.
- Experience
selling to auto dealers is a plus.
- A confident,
positive, empathetic and trustworthy individual with the highest
degree of integrity.
- Driven,
motivated, highly disciplined, committed to success.
- Organized,
flexible, coachable and willing to learn.
- Technologically self-sufficient (CRM reporting tools, email, laptop,
iPhones).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) in South Florida.
