Working through the coronavirus crisis

First and foremost, we hope that you and your teams stay healthy and safe throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. This crisis is already the greatest socioeconomic upheaval of our lives, and the fallout is just beginning.

No one is conducting business as usual, and fear and uncertainty are rising. But it’s good to remember that the world never really does end, and the key is to successfully manage our way through this crisis. Know that we are here to help in any way we can.

More is unknown than known today, but for as little as we can control right now, we can prepare for what’s next as best we can. FLADCO specializes in two things – finding and enhancing revenue streams and saving you money on all aspects of your dealership.

It’s important to plan for what happens when this crisis subsides. We can expect that automotive dealers, like any business selling big-ticket items, are likely to see at least a couple difficult quarters. Shoppers’ habits and priorities may change. Online shopping for vehicles will probably accelerate.

No matter what happens, people will need vehicles and you’ll be there to meet their changing needs. You can prepare today by enhancing your online sales tools or offering germ and virus protection for vehicles, or by getting more value from your vendors and increasing F&I revenue.
